Order Cancellations

  • Orders will ship via the best method (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Carriers).

Order Tracking

  • We want to give you a confirmation email with a link to track your order until it arrives at your door because we know how excited you are to get it. Please be aware that the carrier may scan your package into their system within 1-5 days.
  • Assuming that you check the following data soon after getting the affirmation email and find no updates, there is a compelling reason need to stress. It simply means that the carrier has not yet processed your package.
  • You will begin to see tracking events appear on the tracking page as soon as your package is scanned into the carrier's system. This will allow you to keep track of your package's progress until it is delivered.
